BHT-1000 is Manual Turret Micro Vickers Hardness Tester adopts LCD screen to display. By mean of control keys, HV or HK hardness scales, testing force, dwell time can be selected and brightness of light source can be adjusted. The hardness value is displayed directly by entering the indentation diagonal length and avoids the complication of the look-up table.

HT-1000D/HT-1000AD Micro vickers Hardness Tester has a more faster testing speed than other ordinary micro vickers hardness faster.  The hardness value can be displayed directly and no need to enter the length of the diagonal.  The models  are famous for its fashion and decent design, high testing precision, stable functions and simple operation.  Machine can be connected to the computer.

Usage Range:

• Heat treated layer, carbonized layer, hardness hard layers, super Coating, steels, non-ferrous metal, micro and thing shaped components.     
• Machine can be upgraded to computerized as camera port is provided on top of machine.     
• Conversion to other scales HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HB, HR15TN, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T HR30T, HR45T.     
• Testing force can be extended to 2kg.(optional)     
• The testing data can be be printed directly by the built-in mini printer.
