Technical Data:
RCO-series Abrasive cutter is rugged,sturdy and designed to cut metallurgical samples to optimal quality consistently and safely. Cutting wheel spindle is connected with motor shaft bypulley and belt mehanism. The movement of cutting wheel towards the specimen is applied by handle xed with motor base pivot spindle and the cutter unit is balanced by springs forsmooth downward movement.

Features:

• Large corrosion resistant coated bed fxed with lead screw attachment accommodates a variety of vices and clamps for holding samples of all shapes, both large and small.
• Large viewing window to monitor the cutting operation.
• Inside chamber is illuminated and the see-through hood is provided for monitoring the cutting operation.
• Coolant circulation is provided with suitable fltering arrangement.
